All prescription medications supplied by Pharmacy Weight Loss Shepley are issued only following a clinical assessment by a qualified, registered prescriber. Completing an online consultation does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.

Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery is subject to stock availability and the outcome of your clinical consultation.
Medications are dispatched via a tracked, discreet postal service to your specified UK delivery address. Pharmacy Weight Loss Shepley cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal services, incorrect address details provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control.
It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery or that a safe delivery location is agreed at checkout.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible. Once a prescription has been generated and the medication dispatched, we are unable to offer a refund for prescription items, in accordance with UK pharmacy regulations.
If your order is declined by our prescriber or pharmacist, a full refund will be issued within 5–10 working days to your original payment method.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will resolve the matter promptly.
The information and services provided by Pharmacy Weight Loss Shepley are intended to support, not replace, the advice of your regular GP or healthcare professional. We strongly encourage you to inform your GP of any medications prescribed through our service.
